DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Transportation & Innovation Expo is back!\nWe can’t wait to see you at the Monona Terrace on October 28\, 2025. \nThe T&I is Wisconsin’s premier sustainable transportation exposition\, gathering industry leaders from around the Midwest; Seeking to provide attendees with the opportunity to discover the latest in advanced transportation technologies. We offer groundbreaking & fun sessions covering the latest innovations in vehicle technology\, with hands-on demonstrations\, and expert advise in how to build their transportation related business in this ever changing market.  Hundreds of enthusiasts attend the T&I Expo each year\, this event quickly went from a regional event to a nationwide event. \n\nThe T&I Expo features: \n\nBreakout sessions led by industry experts discussing the latest in sustainable transportation from new technologies to funding availability and opportunities relevant to their industry\nall-day access to the expo hall with indoor vehicle displays and exhibit booths.\nOpportunities to network with top industry leaders (including icebreakers and scavenger hunts)\nRide & Drive opportunities\, outdoor vehicle demonstrations\, and races.\nContinental breakfast\, coffee bar\, lunch and snacks for registrants\nRaffle & Silent Auction\, and much more!\n\nWe are still in the planning stage\, and will publish details as they emerge. In the meanwhile\, here are a few new ideas we have brewing: \n\nWe are seeking to incorporate more Hydrogen technology\, recreational vehicle and drone technology.\nSilent auctions and social networking scavenger hunts!\n\n  \n🚗 When: 🚗 We shall have set up for all exhibitors\, sponsors and vehicle displays on Monday\, October 27th\, 2025 from 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m CST. Following with a Welcome reception with networking and Hors d’oeuvres from 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. \nThe T&I expo will be open to the public on October 28\, 2025\, from 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. \n  \n🏠 Where: 🏠 Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center One John Nolen Drive Madison\, WI 53703\n \n  \n💲 Cost: 💲 The Monona Terrace is a unique convention center designed by the famous Frank Lloyd Wright. It features two floors: \n\nThe ground floor exposition hall where vehicles and booths will be on display – Free to the general public\nThe upstairs Mezzanine will be accessible to full pass holding professionals.  Passes allow for access to the networking reception held on October 27th and all day access to the continental breakfast\, coffee bar\, lunch and snacks between break out and networking sessions on October 28th.  Full passes shall be $150.00\, WCC members receive a $50.00 discount.
