Though the expo is on October 28, 2025, from 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Events will be happening for the sponsors, exhibitors, vehicle displayers, and full access pass holders the day before. We strongly encourage our exhibitors and sponsors to come on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Noon to register & set up (Those with vehicles MUST attend, we will only have a dock marshal from Noon to 4 pm on the 27th). We welcome you to bring branded backdrops, banners, signs, etc., for your space. Monona is an open floor plan that does not utilize heavy draping because it obscures the unique views. This also encourages walking around the vehicles and interacting with displays. We will provide you with an 8×10 table and two chairs for your space. We encourage you to decorate it with your branded items to your liking to really stand out.

Monona has a web store for exhibitors who wish to power their booths for special displays. They also offer LCD screens, water hookups, etc. They ask exhibitors to look at their web store and consider if they need to arrange these things for the expo. Here is the link.

WCC will be making parting impression bags for the professional attendees. This helps to recall the different businesses that were present and serves as a prompt for post-event contact. If you wish to contribute to these bags, feel free to bring branded swag. Pens, mugs, stress balls, note pads, etc., simple impressionable swag you wish to part with. This is not mandatory; it is merely for those who wish to participate. We anticipate a total of 130 fleet managers will be in attendance.

At 1:30 pm on Monday, the 27th, Private tours of the City of Madison Fleet Service Building will commence. This building services 1,400 vehicles from police squads and fire engines to garbage trucks and ambulances, many of which are alternative fuel-powered. The City of Madison fleet is an award-winning organization dedicated to pioneering sustainable transportation and has converted most of its fleet and buildings to 100% renewable energy. Lots of bells & whistles folks in our industry may find interesting! Joe Stergios, Commercial Business Development Manager for Model1, will be bringing us in his 12-passenger 2023 Forest River E-Transit Full Size All-Electric Van that is customizable, includes E-Telematics for tracking and fleet management, and is currently on an incredible sale (only 50K!) There will be a second tour following the first, which will board around 2:30 pm
