At the end of every calendar year, Wisconsin Clean Cities holds an in-person meeting. These annual luncheons bring together WCC members, industry stakeholders, DOT representatives, Wisconsin Government officials, and transportation leaders to exchange ideas, be recognized for contributions to a cleaner Wisconsin, and capitalize on the collective expertise of the entire network.
Together, we:
- Acknowledge and celebrate the successes of Wisconsin organizations in embracing sustainable transportation
- Award the top performing fleets who worked to reduce emissions
- Network and engage with fellow prominent figures in the industry
- Take in presentations on legislative changes, available funding, projects in development, and industry forecasts from experts in the field
- Exhibit new technology and take tours of the unique venue selected
For a better understanding of our Annual Meeting, please see the past December 10th, 2024, Annual Meeting
WCC prefers to hold our events within the facilities of our members. This provides an opportunity for WCC, a non profit, to save money on venue costs while also showcasing the generosity of our hosts and helping to educate attendees about the services our host offers. In 2024 our member, Potawatomi Ventures, allowed us to host our annual luncheon on their Wgema Campus. This allowed for a personal tour of the Ventures’ accomplishments in clean energy and provided an opportunity to share Potawatomi culture with attendees. If you wish to host a WCC event, please reach out to us, we are happy to negotiate a membership in exchange for two days of venue space (set up & day of).
