The Sustainable Business Council (SBC) is a nonprofit organizations that empowers companies to integrate sustainable practices into their strategies and operations. They help organizations move beyond "random acts of environmentalism" to structured, measurable, and profitable models that address environmental, social, and governance factors. They provide consulting, host annual conferences, and run the Green Masters Program—a third-party credentialing and assessment framework that helps businesses measure and disclose their sustainability metrics.
Jessy is the Executive Director and chief curator of the SBC, where she advances sustainability through education, consulting, membership, and the Green Masters Program. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate sustainability, systems thinking, nonprofit management, and regenerative practices, Jessy is known for building programs, partnerships, and strategies that help businesses create environmental, social, and economic impact. She co-founded Wisconsin Women in Sustainability, advises the UW Sustainable Management Program, and is a Certified Professional Coach with an MBA in Sustainable Business Management.
