WPPI Energy is a not-for-profit, member-owned joint action agency that provides wholesale electricity and energy services to 51 locally owned, municipal electric utilities across Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa. Formed in 1980 and based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, WPPI Energy allows member utilities (including local public utilities) to pool their resources, share technologies, and purchase wholesale power.
