The mission of the Sustainability Summit is to engage business, academia, communities and others in active discussion of the issues of sustainability including, but not limited to, sustainable business practices, energy conservation, research on sustainable practices, creating sustainable cities/neighborhoods, water conservation and purity, transportation, and other activities designed to improve the quality of life and sustain the planet. The Sustainability Summit will act as a catalyst to encourage more sustainable practices, create healthier neighborhoods, and increase economic sustainability locally and regionally that can serve a models for the planet.
